The Zapochni Mlad Foundation team consists of professionals with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, finance, business development and negotiations. We are highly motivated to contribute to the sustainable development and success of Bulgarian entrepreneurs and organizations.
Plamen Popov is the founder and member of the Management Board of the Zapochni Mlad Foundation and the managing owner of the technology company SmartCards. Co-founder and executive director of the magazine "Bulgarian entrepreneur" BEM.BG with an award for media of the year from the "Awards for fashion, style and show business" 2021. Creator of the national social and educational campaign "I wake up Bulgaria" in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy 2017. Author of the business manuals "The Entrepreneur", "The Winner", "Negotiate with Me" and co-author of "How to start a business without equity".
Iva Pavlova is the Founder and member of the Board of Directors of the "Zapochni Mlad" Foundation and the founder and chief operating officer of the technology company SmartCards. Co-founder and technical director of the magazine "Bulgarian Entrepreneur" BEM.BG with an award for media of the year from "Fashion Awards , style and show business" 2021. Author of the business manual "First Impression" and co-author of "How to start a business without equity". Winner of the "Business Lady of the Year" award in the Young Entrepreneur category under 28 years old in 2020 .
